DAY 11: MORGAN v. BRONCHITIS (1-1)

Day 11 of running across America, 70 miles a day. We are not running today. Yesterday, Morgan won. Today, bronchitis did.

I made it maybe 12 miles of hacking and then it took quite a bit to recover. We can't run, so we walk it's going to be a lot of hours of walking today. I figure maybe we'll take the opportunity since I can actually think and maybe talk that we'll do a couple of postings on topics of interest.

There was some early interest in nutrition and clearly we've been through a cycle even within this myself trying to adapt that maybe I can talk through that. Maybe we'll take that opportunity today, but for now, bronchitis won the battle so we're gonna take it a little easy and hope that tomorrow becomes a better day.
